Products, pricing, and orders
We work to present product descriptions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Because products are handcrafted and screens vary, minor differences may occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service when reasonably necessary.
An order is not accepted until confirmation is issued. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.
Discounts and promotions
Promotional codes are subject to their stated expiration and conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, applied to prior purchases, exchanged for cash, or used on gift cards. We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.

Shipping, returns, and candle safety
Purchases are also governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Candles must be used according to the warnings on the product and our Candle Care Guide. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
